    • Clinical & Registered Nursing: Professional nursing care including diabetes management, wound care, continent advice, and chronic disease management.

    • Personal Care: Help with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

    • Transport & Community Access: Safe transport to doctor appointments, shopping centers, and social group gatherings.
